During the off-season, when there are few visitors, the scenic area buses do not operate according to the published fare schedule (since the fare revenue is insufficient to cover the driver’s tunnel and parking fees). As a result, the buses effectively function as taxis, and you’ll have no choice but to charter one. However, you can charter a bus for the entire afternoon for just 80–100 yuan (or negotiate the price down to 60 yuan per person). Hiring a bus for the entire day costs at least 200 yuan. As long as you keep a tight schedule, an afternoon is more than enough time to fully explore the “Two Spirits and One Dragon” attractions.

Yandang Mountain is located 2 kilometers from the train station. For ticket information, please call 0577-56657912. Visitors from out of town can take a direct train to Yandangshan Station.

Yandang Mountain is located 80 kilometers south of Yongqiang Airport in Longwan District, Wenzhou (via a first-class highway), less than a 2-hour drive; a private car to the mountain costs approximately 300–400 yuan. To the north, it is only 60 kilometers from Huangyan Airport in Luqiao District, Taizhou (via the expressway), less than an hour’s drive; a private car to the mountain costs approximately 300 yuan. Airfares from Huangyan to various destinations are slightly cheaper than those from Wenzhou.
